    • Cleared code p0456. Ran forced monitor test=no code at this time. Purge solenoid is holding vacuum at this time. Monitoring FTP sensor with the engine running, the system pulls into a slight vacuum and maintains it after shutting the engine off. No signs of damage to tank or hoses. fault is apparently intermittent. Repeated failure item is purge valve / canister comes as a unit . Possibility of other leaks such as fuel filler, lines, tank, etc do exist. Small sensitive system can not smoke test.

    • P0038 p0161 p0155 P0135 p0141 p0037 p0132 o2 sensor codes and p0300 misfire dtc. Found the left bank post cat o2 sensor wires are laying on the exhaust. Needs engine side harness pigtail and a new sensor.. cleared codes and p0038 returns. I do not get any voltage from the pcm when actuated. Suspect failed pcm as well.

    • INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET – Remove & Replace – V6 Lower
    • mount and dismount 4 tires install new strma
    • Program 1 new sensor.
    • Scanned. No codes. Misfire noted in gear at idle, #2 cylinder counting up in scan data. Labscope testing coil, injector and intake vacuum. Recommend remove intake to inspect coil, plug, and perform leak down and compression test on #2. 10% leak down and 125 psi compression. Found one intake bolt missing, bolt is broke off in lower intake, 2 nuts on brackets missing. Coil boot is leaking voltage. Spark plugs are non OE autolite. Recommend plugs, coil, one intake bolt, lower manifold assembly and upper intake gasket.
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V6 – [Includes: R&I Intake Plenum Gasket.]
