  • Test drove and duplicated noise, source of noise seems to be from driver front area, found failed sway bar link recommend both front sway bar end links.
  • Duplicated issue. during inspection found blend door cable popped off of linkage to door on hvac case. pushed back on and is now operative. Nothing is hold it from popping off again.
  • RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – Automatic Trans
  • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary).]

  • AC gauge test. System 250/30 running pressure static pressure is about 110 psi. Compressor is noisy initially when it comes on. Duct temp is about 55 degrees. Recovered. 90lb r134a vacuumed the ystem down and recharged with 1lb.
  • AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – All Applicable Models – [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.]
  • Engine tries to stall when a.c. disengages or when cooling fans cycle. Performed air induction service and pcm reset/idle relearn.
  • Fuel injection andGREEN THROTTLE INDUCTION CLEANING

  • LH valve cover gasket is leaking some and the oil filler gasket at valve cover.

  • Noted hinge broken RH side of glove box.
  • OIL DIPSTICK TUBE &/OR O-RING – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
  • R & R FRONT WIPER BLADES
  • Scanned all sensors. All read under 25 psi. Inflated to 35 psi.
  • SEE NOTE
  • The rear brake rotor surfaces are rust pitted. The rust in the rotor parking brake hat appears to be causing the dragging sound when the wheel is rotated. Recommend replacing the rear rotors and brake pads.
  • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Normally Aspirated Both
